Established in 2017 under the auspices of Taisei Oncho Corporation Japan, Top Engineering Vietnam Co., LTD (TEVC) has quickly affirmed its position as one of the leading units in the field of electromechanical design, cost estimation and green, sustainable solutions. We provide optimal design services for electrical, water supply, ventilation and air conditioning systems for civil and industrial projects.
MEP DESIGN
We provide design services to optimize plumbing systems, air conditioning systems, and ventilation systems for buildings. Our company promotes the use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) from the design phase and strives to enhance productivity and work quality by creating 3D construction drawings.
MEP ESTIMATE
We specialize in providing electromechanical construction estimation services for residential and industrial projects. Based on design drawings and technical requirements, our company uses its experience to analyze factors affecting the project and applies PLANEST software to generate estimates with the highest accuracy in the shortest time.
SHOP DRAWINGS
We work alongside the contractor to prepare documentation, review and analyze the initial design drawings, and understand the client’s vision. We then convert all technical design drawings into shop drawings to facilitate the project implementation process.
BIM SOLUTION
We provide comprehensive BIM solutions, including:
- Develop 3D BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP components using Revit, Rebro, AutoCAD, etc.
- Ensure project consistency and accuracy through close coordination between components.
- Optimize design and minimize errors during the construction process.
- Prepare detailed construction technical documentation based on the BIM model.
