Job Description

• Read and understand technical drawings related to HVAC systems.
• Determine technical requirements and project scope based on PDF drawings.
• Use Planest software to create detailed cost estimates for each work item.
• Verify and validate data.
• Coordinate with design departments to confirm design information.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss budget-related issues.
• Prepare cost estimates.
• Report and document cost estimates.

Request

• Male/Female, have just graduated from college or university in HVAC, drainage major. No experienced company will train jobs.
• Desire to work in a stable and long-term environment.
• Good at communication skills, honest, hard-working.
• Having Japanese is a plus.
