✍️ Job Description of a Shop Drawing Staff

At TEVC, the role of a Shop Drawing Staff is not just technical drawing but also a crucial bridge between design and construction. Key responsibilities include:

Developing Construction Drawings (Shop Drawing): You will directly create detailed construction drawings for complex MEP systems, including HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting using specialized Rebro software.
BIM Modeling: A key task for a Shop Drawing Staff is to build and manage 3D Building Information Models (BIM) to ensure accurate coordination and early clash detection.
Coordination and Reporting: Work closely with the project engineering team and perform other tasks as assigned to ensure overall project timelines.

Education: Male/Female with a College or University degree in HVAC, Refrigeration Engineering, or related mechanical engineering fields.
Software Experience: Proficiency in using Rebro software for 0.5 – 1 year is mandatory.
Language Skills: Minimum Japanese language proficiency of N5 or higher to understand technical documents.
