TEVC Team Building 2025 Journey in Da Lat – “One Team, One Mission”

TEVC Team Building 2025 in Da Lat – One Team, One Mission is a 3-day-2-night journey full of emotions for the big family of Top Engineering Vietnam Co., Ltd. (TEVC) in the city of a thousand flowers. The program is an opportunity to relax, recharge, and at the same time strengthen team bonding and spread the spirit of “One Team, One Mission”. Day One – First stop at Hoang Long Ohayo

Right after arriving in Da Lat, Hoang Long Ohayo was the first stop of the TEVC Team Building 2025 journey. With a space full of Japanese vibes – a welcome torii gate with a curved tiled roof, Japanese signboards, flower slopes on both sides, pine trees in the distance and the typical cool air of Da Lat – the place brought a very special feeling to all members of the group.

The early morning started with a cup of highland coffee, a hot bowl of beef noodle soup, cheerful conversations and friendly morning greetings that quickly broke the ice between departments. Hoang Long Ohayo was a delightful “welcome” and the perfect start to TEVC’s bonding journey in Da Lat.

“Doi Thong Super Cup 2025” – The hottest match in the cool Da Lat weather

After breakfast, sightseeing and taking photos at Hoang Long Ohayo, the group moved to 3/4 Stadium in Da Lat – the venue of the most anticipated match of the trip: the Doi Thong Super Cup 2025. This was a memorable sports highlight of the TEVC Team Building 2025 in Da Lat, with a cup match between two teams: Team Sekkei and Team Sekouzu.

Thanks to their cohesive playing style and effective finishing, Team Sekkei gradually took control of the game, scored multiple goals and was crowned the official champion of the Doi Thong Super Cup 2025 with a score of 4–1. This was one of the most impressive sports moments of the TEVC Team Building 2025 in Da Lat.

Explosive teambuilding with Tia Chớp & Cơn Lốc Màu Da Cam

In the afternoon, the program continued with an explosive teambuilding session between two teams:

Lightning – “United we beat them all”                                                                                  Orange Tornado – “The sideline storm – destroying the opponent” 

Day Two – Check-in at Lam Vien Square and experiencing the Da Lat train

On the second day of the journey, the group continued to Lam Vien Square to take commemorative photos with the wild sunflower-shaped glass structure – an iconic symbol of the Da Lat highland city.

After that, the group continued the program with a visit and experience on the Da Lat train. This is considered one of the “living museums” of railway history and is also a symbolic sightseeing spot of the Da Lat highland city.

Gala Dinner – A perfect ending to the TEVC Team Building 2025 journey in Da Lat

At the end of the sightseeing schedule, the group returned to the hotel to rest and get dressed up for the most anticipated night of the trip:
Gala Dinner – One Team, One Mission.

In the evening, in a cozy space with a brightly decorated stage, the Gala Dinner opened with interactive performances, games and lucky draws. Music, laughter and constant applause created an atmosphere that was both professional and warm.

The Gala night ended with a group photo of representatives from the companies and all members. The moment everyone smiled together at the camera became the most beautiful mark of the trip – where each person could truly feel the spirit of unity, appreciation and pride in being part of the Top Engineering Vietnam family.

TEVC Team Building 2025 in Da Lat – One Team, One Mission is therefore not just a trip, but also an unforgettable memory in TEVC’s development journey.
