Top Engineering Vietnam Co., Ltd. (TEVC), a member of Taisei Oncho Co., Ltd. (Japan), announces the recruitment of engineers for July 2026 as follows:

I. GENERAL JOB INFORMATION

Working Location:
- For BIM MEP positions: 6th Floor, PVcomBank Building, 02 30/4 Street, Hoa Cuong Ward, Da Nang City.
- For Estimator & Design positions: 23rd Floor, Worc@Q2 Building, 21 Vo Truong Toan Street, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working Days: Monday – Friday.
Working Shifts: 07:30 – 16:30 or 08:30 – 17:30 (Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:00).

Participate in designing, developing construction drawings, and BIM modeling for MEP systems.
Build, update, and manage BIM models according to project requirements.
Perform Clash Detection and resolve conflicts between systems.
Participate in processing, cleaning, and standardizing Point Cloud data (点群データ).
Perform BIM modeling for MEP systems based on Point Cloud data.
Perform other tasks assigned by the project manager.

Read and understand technical drawings related to HVAC and plumbing systems.
Use PDF drawings to determine the technical requirements and scope of work for the project.
Use Planest software to prepare detailed cost estimates for each work item.
Calculate workloads and required materials based on technical drawings.
Cross-check data from drawings and Planest ef software to ensure the accuracy of the estimates.
Verify technical specifications and ensure quality standards are met.
Work closely with design engineers, project managers, and contractors to gather necessary information.
Attend project meetings to discuss estimation-related issues and make adjustments if necessary.

Read and understand technical drawings related to electrical systems.
Determine project technical requirements and scope of work based on PDF drawings.
Use Planest software to prepare detailed cost estimates for each work item.
Check and verify data.
Coordinate with design departments to confirm design information.
Attend project meetings to discuss issues related to estimation.
Prepare cost estimates.
Report and prepare estimation documents.

College/Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Plumbing/Water Supply, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience in MEP design or BIM implementation.
Japanese proficiency of N5 or higher.
Experience in using software: Revit, Tfas, Rebro…
Strong teamwork skills, high sense of responsibility, and proactiveness at work.

College/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, or related fields.
Experience in either estimation or MEP design.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and MEP specialized documents.
Proficiency in specialized software such as Rebro, Planest, or related software is an advantage.
Priority is given to candidates with experience in Japanese projects or knowledge of Japanese technical standards and requirements.
Careful, highly responsible, proactive, and good at teamwork.
Japanese language skill is a plus.
