Top Engineering Vietnam Co., Ltd. (TEVC), a member of Taisei Oncho Co., Ltd. (Japan), announces the recruitment of personnel for July 2026.

To meet the needs of expanding operations and implementing new projects, we are looking for dynamic, qualified candidates who wish to develop their careers in a professional, internationally-oriented working environment.

I. GENERAL INFORMATION

• Working hours: Monday – Friday (07:30 – 16:30 or 08:30 – 17:30). Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:00.
• Working form: Work at the Office (No construction site visits).

III. JOB DESCRIPTION AND DETAILED REQUIREMENTS

1. ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (Working in HCMC)

Job description:

• Support accounting tasks: Track and collect invoices, account for expenses.
• Issue revenue invoices, make payments to suppliers.
• Support preparing related accounting reports as directed by superiors.
• Other duties as directed.

Candidate requirements:

• College/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience (Capable fresh graduates can also apply).
• Ability to use Japanese at work is a plus.
• Friendly, sociable, careful, hardworking, progressive. Desire to work stably.

2. MECHANICAL ENGINEER GROUP – DESIGN (Working in HCMC)

Job description:

• Calculate and design mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing).
• Draw design drawings (conceptual design, basic design, detailed design).
• Perform other duties as requested by the manager.

Candidate requirements:

• College/Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Plumbing, or related fields.
• Experience in HVAC and plumbing design.
• Ability to use AutoCAD, Rebro, or related software.

3. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER GROUP (Working in HCMC)

Including positions: Estimation / Design / Shop Drawing.

Job description for each position:

• Electrical Estimator:

• • Read and understand technical drawings related to electrical systems.
  • Determine technical requirements and scope of work based on PDF drawings.
  • Use Planest software to prepare detailed cost estimates for each work item.
  • Check and verify data.
  • Coordinate with design departments to confirm design information.
  • Take-off quantities, prepare cost estimates.
  • Report and prepare estimation documents.

• Electrical Design Engineer:

• • • Calculate and design electrical systems.
    • Draw design drawings (conceptual design, basic design, detailed design).
    • Perform other duties as requested by the direct manager.

• Electrical Shop Drawing Engineer:

• • Develop electrical construction drawings for Japanese projects from design drawings using Rebro software.
  • Build BIM models of systems in Japanese projects.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

General requirements for Electrical Group candidates:

• College/Bachelor’s degree in electrical-related fields.
• Experience in one of the corresponding areas: electrical estimation, design, or shop drawing.
• Good at reading and understanding technical drawings and electrical specialized documents.
• Ability to use software such as AutoCAD, Rebro, Revit, Planest…

4. BIM MEP ENGINEER (Working in Da Nang)

Job description:

• Participate in designing, developing construction drawings, and BIM modeling for MEP systems.
• Build, update, manage models, and resolve conflicts (Clash Detection).
• Participate in processing, cleaning, and standardizing Point Cloud data (点群データ) to build BIM models.

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Plumbing, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in MEP design or BIM implementation.
• Japanese proficiency of N5 or higher.
• Experience using software: Revit, Tfas, Rebro…
