– Position: MEP ESTIMATOR STAFF (JAPAN PROJECT)
– Number of vacancies: 01 person
– Work location: District 2, Ho Chi Minh City

※ JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Technical Drawing Analysis:

• Read and understand technical drawings related to HVAC, ventilation, and water supply/drainage systems.
• Use PDF drawings to determine the technical requirements and scope of work for the project.

2. Cost Estimation:

• Use Planest ef software to prepare detailed cost estimates for each work item.
• Calculate the workload and materials required based on technical drawings.

3. Data Checking and Verification:

• Cross-check data from drawings and Planest ef software to ensure the accuracy of estimates.
• Verify technical specifications and ensure quality standards are met.

4. Coordination with Related Departments:

• Work closely with design engineers, project managers, and contractors to gather necessary information.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss estimate-related issues and make adjustments as needed.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare cost estimate reports and present them to the project management board.
• Prepare estimate records and archive them according to company regulations.

※ REQUIREMENTS:

+ Basic Japanese ability, able to communicate with managers and read drawings (N4 level or above). + College/University graduate in a related field (Heating-Cooling/HVAC major preferred). + Relevant work experience preferred. + Willing to work in a stable, long-term environment. + Careful, hard-working, and eager to progress.

• Salary: 10,000,000 – 12,000,000 VND (negotiable based on ability).
