[HCMC] Hiring: Shop Drawing Engineer – September 2026

Top Engineering Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a member of  Taisei Oncho Co.,Ltd. – one of the top 10 companies in the MEP field in Japan. Due to our expansion needs, we are looking to recruit the following position:

Position: SHOP DRAWING STAFF FOR JAPANESE PROJECTS

Quantity: 01 person
Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City

※ Job Description:

• Develop construction drawings for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Plumbing & Drainage, and Fire Protection systems for Japanese projects using Rebro software, based on design drawings.
• Build and complete BIM models for MEP systems in Japanese projects.
• Utilize Point Cloud data to reconstruct 3D models of existing conditions and technical systems.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

※ Requirements:

• Male/Female, College or Bachelor’s degree in a field related to HVAC or plumbing systems.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience using Rebro software.
• Desire to work in a stable, long-term environment.
• Careful, honest, hard-working, and eager to learn.
• JLPT N5 or above.

※ Benefits & Compensation:

• Salary: 12,000,000 – 18,000,000 VND (negotiable depending on capabilities).

• Full social and health insurance coverage (100% based on Gross salary).
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM).
