Position: BIM (MEP) Engineer Recruitment

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Develop 3D models for MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing & drainage, etc.) using Revit MEP.
Check and resolve clashes (clash detection) between MEP systems and with other disciplines (architecture, structure).
Set up team collaboration workflows in Revit: create Central files, manage Worksets, and assign roles within the team.
Create and manage Revit families to support modeling work.
Coordinate with other departments during BIM implementation and control the overall model.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS:

Male/Female, graduated from college or university in HVAC, plumbing or related fields.
Proficient in Revit MEP.
Able to communicate and work directly with clients in English.
At least 2 years of experience in BIM MEP modeling (freshers with strong ability can be considered).
Willing to work in a stable, long-term environment.
Careful, honest, responsible and willing to learn.

BENEFITS:

Salary range: 15,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 17:30.
