Job Description

• Develop 3D models for MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, etc.) using Revit MEP.
• Check and resolve clashes between MEP systems and architectural/structural components.
• Set up team collaboration processes in Revit: Central file, Workset, role assignment.
• Create and manage Revit families for modeling purposes.
• Coordinate with other departments in BIM implementation and overall model management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Graduated from college/university majoring in HVAC, plumbing, or related fields.
• Proficient in Revit MEP.
• Good English communication skills, able to work directly with clients.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM MEP modeling (freshers with strong skills are also considered).
• Willing to work in a stable and long-term environment.
• Careful, honest, responsible, and eager to learn.

• Salary: 15,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND (negotiable depending on ability).
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 17:30.
