Recruitment: Shop Drawing Engineer (Japanese Projects)

Job Description

Develop shop drawings for HVAC, Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S), and Fire Fighting (FF) systems using Rebro software.
Create BIM models for Japanese projects.
Check drawings, detect discrepancies, and coordinate corrections under the guidance of supervisors.
Ensure drawings comply with technical standards, standard procedures, and project schedules.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

Job Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Fighting, or related engineering fields.
Detail-oriented, honest, hard-working, and highly responsible.
Desire for stable, long-term employment in a professional technical environment.
Experience using Rebro software is an advantage.
Candidates with limited experience but a great attitude and willingness to learn will still be considered.

Recruitment: BIM MEP Engineer

Job Description

Develop 3D MEP models using Revit MEP.
Perform clash detection and resolve model conflicts.
Set up Central Files, manage Worksets, and coordinate models during deployment.
Create, edit, and manage Revit Families according to project requirements.
Coordinate with Shop Drawing, design, and project management teams.
Carry out work according to supervisors’ guidance and project standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Plumbing & Sanitary, Fire Fighting, or related engineering fields.
Proficient in Revit MEP.
Ability to communicate in English for work is an advantage.
1 – 2 years of experience in BIM MEP is preferred; freshers with strong fundamentals are welcome.
