Position: BIM MEP Engineer
Number of vacancies: 2
Work location: PVcomBank Building, 02 30 Thang 4 Street, Hoa Cuong Ward, Da Nang City.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Participate in the design, development of construction drawings, and BIM modeling for MEP systems.
• Create, update, and manage BIM models according to project requirements.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between systems.
• Participate in processing, cleaning, and standardizing point cloud data (点群データ – Point Cloud).
• Perform BIM modeling for MEP systems based on point cloud data.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from a university majoring in HVAC, Water Supply and Drainage, or other related fields.
• Have 01 – 02 years of experience in MEP design or BIM MEP implementation.
• Japanese proficiency of N5 level or above.
• Have experience using software such as Revit, Tfas, Rebro, etc.
• Possess teamwork skills, a high sense of responsibility, and a proactive attitude at work.
