Quotation, Schedule Planning & Task Assignment
- Establish quotations and project execution schedules for each project.
- Assign tasks to staff in charge based on individual capacity and project workload.
Quality Control & Management
- Review the entire takeoff quantities after completion by staff.
- Verify accuracy and completeness against drawings and instructions/requirements from the Japanese side.
Compliance & Work Guidelines
- Comply with instructions, regulations, and work guidelines regarding estimation assigned by the Head of Department.
- Implement and guide subordinates to properly follow procedures, standards, and project requirements.

Ability to read and understand Japanese drawings and communicate directly with Japanese management (JLPT N3 – N2 preferred).
College or University degree in relevant majors (HVAC / Thermal Engineering preferred).
At least 3 years of experience in Japanese project estimation.
Desire for a stable and long-term career environment.

Salary: Up to 25,000,000 VNĐ (Negotiable based on capacity).
