What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Read and interpret technical drawings for HVAC systems to understand project scope and requirements.
• Utilize Planest software to perform quantity take-offs and create detailed cost estimates.
• Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy in all estimations.
• Collaborate with the design department to confirm technical information and resolve queries.
• Prepare and maintain clear documentation for all cost estimation reports.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss budget-related matters.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• A recent graduate (Male/Female) with a College or University degree in HVAC, Thermal Engineering, or a related mechanical engineering major.
• A strong desire to build a stable and long-term career.
• Possesses good communication skills, honesty, and a diligent work ethic.
• Advantage: Basic Japanese language proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
