RECRUITMENT – DECEMBER 2025: SHOP DRAWING ENGINEER (JAPANESE PROJECT), MEP DESIGN–ESTIMATION ENGINEER, BIM (MEP) ENGINEER, ADMIN–HR ASSISTANT

Work locations: Ho Chi Minh City & Da Nang

1. SHOP DRAWING ENGINEER (JAPANESE PROJECT)

Salary: 10,000,000 – 18,000,000 VND (depending on capability)
Workplace: Ho Chi Minh City Office

Job Responsibilities

• Develop shop drawings from design documents for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems using Rebro software for Japanese projects.
• Create BIM models for mechanical systems in Japanese projects.
• Perform other assigned tasks from supervisors.

Job Requirements

• College/University degree in HVAC or Water Supply & Drainage Engineering.
• Willing to work long-term and stably.
• Careful, hardworking, honest, and willing to learn.
• Experience with Rebro is an advantage.

2. MEP DESIGN – ESTIMATION ENGINEER

Salary: 10,000,000 – 18,000,000 VND (depending on capability)
Workplace: Da Nang Office

Job Responsibilities

• Calculate and design MEP systems.
• Prepare drawings: conceptual design, basic design, detailed design.
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct managers.

Job Requirements

• College/University degree in HVAC, Water Supply & Drainage, or related fields.
• Japanese language proficiency JLPT N4 or higher (required); able to read Japanese drawings/documents.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Rebro is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in HVAC or plumbing design.
• Good communication, honesty, responsibility, and willingness to progress.

3. BIM ENGINEER (MEP)

Workplace: Ho Chi Minh City Office

Job Responsibilities

• Create 3D BIM models for MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) using Revit MEP.
• Perform clash detection across systems and with architectural/structural disciplines.
• Set up Revit teamwork procedures: central file, worksets, task assignment.
• Create and manage Revit Families.
• Coordinate with relevant departments during BIM implementation.
• Other tasks as instructed by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• University degree in HVAC or Water Supply & Drainage Engineering.
• Proficient in Revit MEP.
• Good English communication with clients.
• 1–2 years of experience (freshers with ability are accepted).
• Responsible, careful, and willing to work long-term.

4. ADMIN – HR ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities

• Support internal accounting tasks: issuing invoices, collecting cost receipts.
• Assist with translation of documents (Japanese – Vietnamese).
• Support office administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

• Female.
• New graduates in Japanese Language, Japanese Studies, or Administration–HR related majors.
• JLPT N3 or above (or equivalent).
• Friendly, cooperative, hardworking, eager to learn.
• Aspired to work stably in a Japanese corporate environment.
