1. SHOP DRAWING ENGINEER (JAPANESE PROJECTS)

• Salary: 10,000,000 – 18,000,000 VND (depending on capability)
• Work location: Ho Chi Minh City Office

Job Description

• From design drawings, develop construction drawings for HVAC, plumbing & fire protection systems for Japanese projects using Rebro software.
• Create BIM models for systems in Japanese projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Graduated from College/University majoring in HVAC, plumbing.
• Willing to work long-term and stably.
• Careful, hardworking, honest, and eager to improve.
• Experience using Rebro software is an advantage.

2. MEP DESIGN – ESTIMATION ENGINEER

• Salary: 10,000,000 – 18,000,000 VND (depending on capability)
• Work location: Da Nang Office

Job Description

• Calculate and design MEP systems.
• Prepare design drawings (concept design, basic design, detailed design).
• Perform other tasks as requested by direct managers.

Job Requirements

• Graduated from College/University in a related major (HVAC, plumbing).
• Language: Japanese JLPT N4 or above (mandatory), able to read Japanese documents and drawings.
• AutoCAD/Rebro knowledge is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing design.
• Good communication skills, honest, eager to learn, and responsible.

3. BIM ENGINEER (MEP)

• Work location: Ho Chi Minh City Office

Job Description

• Develop 3D MEP models (HVAC, plumbing, …) using Revit MEP.
• Check and resolve clashes between systems and other disciplines.
• Set up team workflow on Revit: create Central file, manage Worksets, assign tasks.
• Create and manage Revit Families for modeling.
• Coordinate with related departments during BIM implementation.
• Perform tasks under the guidance of supervisors.

Job Requirements

• University degree majoring in HVAC, plumbing…
• Good command of Revit MEP.
• Good English communication with clients.
• 1–2 years of experience (capable freshers are accepted).
• Willing to work long-term and stably.
• Careful, responsible, eager to learn.

Job Description

• Support accounting tasks, issue revenue invoices, collect expense invoices.
• Support translation of documents and materials.
• Perform other office assistant tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Gender: Female.
• Fresh graduates majoring in Japanese Language, Japanese Studies, or Administration – HR (or related majors).
• Good Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) or equivalent.
• Friendly, sociable, hardworking, eager to learn.
• Willing to work long-term in a stable Japanese company environment.
