Top Engineering Vietnam announces recruitment in January 2026 for the following positions: MEP Design Engineer, Shop Drawing Engineer (Japanese Projects), BIM Engineer (MEP).

1. MEP DESIGN ENGINEER

• Salary: Negotiable 10,000,000 – 18,000,000 VND (depending on experience)

• Work location: Ho Chi Minh City & Da Nang offices

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform calculations and design for mechanical systems.

• Prepare design drawings (concept design, basic design, detailed design).

• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• College or university degree in HVAC, Plumbing, or related fields.

• Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N4 or above (mandatory); ability to read and understand Japanese technical documents and drawings.
  Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Rebro is an advantage.

• 1–2 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing system design.

• Good communication skills; honest, proactive, and responsible.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop construction drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for Japanese projects using Rebro software, based on design drawings.

• Build BIM models for building systems in Japanese projects.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• College or university degree in HVAC, Plumbing, or related fields.

• Willingness to work long-term and build a stable career.

• Careful, diligent, honest, and eager to learn.

• Experience using Rebro software is an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop 3D MEP models (HVAC, Plumbing, etc.) using Revit MEP.

• Check and resolve clashes between systems and with other disciplines (clash detection).

• Set up and manage team workflows in Revit, including Central files, Worksets, and task allocation.

• Create and manage Revit Families for modeling purposes.

• Coordinate with related departments during BIM implementation.

• Perform tasks as instructed by supervisors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in HVAC, Plumbing, or related fields.

• Proficient in Revit MEP.

• Good English communication skills when working with clients.

• 1–2 years of experience (qualified fresh graduates are welcome).

• Willingness to work long-term; careful, responsible, and proactive.
