BIM Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models for MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, etc.) using Revit MEP.
• Check and resolve clashes between MEP, architecture, and structure.
• Set up team collaboration workflow in Revit: Central file, Workset, role assignment.
• Create and manage Revit families for modeling purposes.
• Coordinate with other departments in BIM implementation and control overall model quality.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduated from college or university in HVAC, plumbing, or related fields.
• Proficient in Revit MEP.
• Good English communication, able to work directly with clients.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM MEP modeling (freshers with strong skills are welcome).
• Willing to commit long-term and grow with the company.
• Careful, honest, responsible, and eager to learn.

Salary & Working Environment

• Salary: 15,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND (negotiable based on ability).
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 17:30.
