BIM Job Description

In the role of a BIM (MEP) Engineer at TEVC, you will participate in 3D modeling of MEP systems following Japanese standards, coordinate with architectural and structural disciplines, and ensure the quality and schedule of design deliverables.

• Develop 3D models for MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) using Revit MEP software.
• Check and resolve clashes (clash detection) between MEP systems and with other disciplines (architecture, structure).
• Set up team collaboration workflows in Revit: create Central files, manage Worksets, and assign roles within the team.
• Create and manage Revit families to support modeling tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments during BIM implementation and manage the overall model.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Male/Female, graduated from college or university in HVAC, plumbing or related majors.
• Proficient in Revit MEP.
• Good communication skills and ability to work directly with clients in English.
• At least 2 years of experience in BIM MEP modeling (Fresher candidates may be considered if highly capable).
• Willing to work in a stable, long–term environment.
• Careful, honest, responsible, and eager to learn.

Benefits & Compensation

• Negotiable salary: 15,000,000 – 25,000,000 VND.
• Working time: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 to 17:30.
