Job Description

Your role is to develop construction drawings from design drawings, ensuring accuracy and Japanese standards.

• Prepare HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection shop drawings using Rebro software.
• Create BIM models for Japanese projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Candidate Requirements

• College/University degree in HVAC, plumbing, or related fields.
• Desire for stable, long-term employment.
• Careful, honest, hardworking, and motivated.
• Experience with Rebro software is an advantage.

Job Description

• Develop 3D MEP models using Revit MEP.
• Check and resolve clashes (clash detection).
• Set up Central files and manage Worksets.
• Create and manage Revit Families.
• Coordinate with related departments.
• Perform tasks under supervisors’ guidance.

Candidate Requirements

• University degree in HVAC, plumbing, or related fields.
• Proficient in Revit MEP.
• Good English communication skills.
• 1–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are accepted).
