Job description – Shop Drawing Engineer (Japanese Projects)

Your role is to develop construction drawings from design drawings, ensuring high accuracy and compliance with Japanese standards.

• Develop construction drawings for HVAC, water supply and drainage, and fire protection systems using Rebro software.
• Build BIM models for systems in Japanese projects.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Candidate requirements – Shop Drawing Engineer (Japanese Projects)

• Graduated from College/University with a major in HVAC or water supply and drainage.
• Willing to work in a stable, long-term position.
• Careful, honest, hardworking, and eager to learn.
• Experience using Rebro software (an advantage).

Job description – BIM (MEP) Engineer

• Develop 3D MEP models (HVAC, water supply and drainage, etc.) using Revit MEP.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between systems and other disciplines.
• Set up team workflows in Revit: create Central files, manage Worksets, and assign tasks.
• Create and manage Revit Families for modeling.
• Coordinate with related departments during BIM implementation.
• Perform tasks as instructed by supervisors.

Candidate requirements – BIM (MEP) Engineer

• University degree in HVAC, water supply and drainage, or related fields.
• Proficient in Revit MEP.
• Good English communication skills with clients.
• 1–2 years of experience (freshers with good potential are also welcome).
