1. MEP DESIGN ENGINEER

• Salary: Negotiable – 10,000,000 to 18,000,000 VND (depending on capability)

• Work location: Ho Chi Minh City & Da Nang Office

Job Description

• Perform calculations and design of mechanical systems.

• Produce design drawings (concept design, basic design, detailed design).

• Other tasks assigned by direct manager.

Job Requirements

• College or university degree in HVAC, Plumbing or related fields.

• Japanese level N4 or above (mandatory) – able to read Japanese documents and drawings.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Rebro is an advantage.

• 1–2 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design.

• Good communication, honesty, responsibility, and willingness to learn.

Job Description

• From design drawings, develop construction/shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for Japanese projects using Rebro.

• Build BIM models for Japanese projects.

• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• College/university degree in HVAC, plumbing or related fields.

• Willing to work long-term and stable.

• Careful, hardworking, honest, and progressive mindset.

• Experience using Rebro is an advantage.

3. BIM ENGINEER (MEP)

Job Description

• Develop 3D MEP models (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) using Revit MEP.

• Perform clash detection and coordination among systems and disciplines.

• Set up team workflows in Revit: Central file, Workset management, task allocation.

• Create and manage Revit Families for modeling.

• Coordinate with related departments during BIM implementation.

• Perform tasks as instructed by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• University degree in HVAC, plumbing or related fields.

• Good command of Revit MEP.

• Good English communication with clients.

• 1–2 years of experience (talented freshers are welcome).

• Willing to work long-term; careful, responsible, and eager to learn.
