What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Develop detailed construction drawings (shop drawings) for HVAC and MEP systems using Rebro software, based on existing design drawings.
• Coordinate closely with the design department to confirm technical information and resolve any discrepancies.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the direct manager to support project success.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in shop drawing for HVAC, water supply, and drainage systems.
• A strong desire to work in a stable, long-term professional environment.
• Possesses excellent communication skills, honesty, and a diligent work ethic.
• Advantage: Basic Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
