- Position: Accounting Assistant
- Quantity: 01
- Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City
- Working Time: 7:30 – 16:30 or 8:30 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday, 1-hour lunch break from 12:00 – 13:00)
Job Description
- Support accounting tasks:
– Monitor and collect invoices
– Record expenses
– Issue sales invoices
– Process supplier payments - Assist in preparing accounting reports as assigned by supervisors
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Graduated in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience (fresh graduates with clear career orientation are accepted)
- Good Japanese communication skills (JLPT N3 or equivalent)
- Friendly, careful, diligent, proactive
- Willing to work in a stable Japanese company environment
